The location was acceptable. It served its purpose for getting around.

i was assigned a room on the top floor and it was quite a climb with heavy luggage, especially since there is no elevator. the shower was TERRIBLE!!! it barely worked and the water pressure was non-existent. the room itself was pretty dusty.

The location is central. I had a good view from the top of the house of the spire and the evening skyline. The front desk was staffed by a very nice woman and check in was decent.

The third floor is quite high and using the stairs was slightly uncomfortable.

I found the location very convenient for accessing central areas. The staff were GREAT. They stored my bags securely after checkout. My room was clean (a single room) and I appreciated the 24-hour reception. I especially appreciated the ease of walking to nearby attractions.

The stairs were a bit narrow, and there is no lift, so carrying luggage to upper floors might pose a slight challenge.
